Local Orders
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within Pakistan on orders exceeding PKR 2,500.
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to confirm the accuracy of your order.
• Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Time of dispatch would be updated to you on confirmation call.
• Stock Availability: If any item(s) in your Cash on Delivery order are out of stock, we will only ship the available items.
• Delay Notifications: In the event of a delay in shipment for any reason, we will inform you via phone or email.
• Delivery Timeframe: Your order is expected to be delivered within 7-12 business days through TCS and other delivery services.
• Local Customized Order:
1- They are processed on 70% advance payment only. The remaining 30% are to be paid before order dispatched.
2- You can update about the changes within 24 hours on our email/ whatsapp number. After that changes would be additionally charged.
3-Cancellation of order within 24 hours is fully refundable but updating it after that time frame 50% of your advanced payment would be refunded only.
4-Customised order are non-refundable.
5-Alterations can be provided without additional charges for service if informed within 2 working days of after order delivery. However the delivery charges are to be bare by clients.
International Orders
• Shipping Rates: International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment, in addition to any applicable duties.
• Estimate Shipping Costs: To estimate your shipping charges, simply add items to your shopping cart and enter your delivery address during checkout.
• Order Review: Each order will be reviewed to ensure accuracy, validate the payment method, and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment option. If there is a glitch of website and any charges are missed to be applied it would be inform you ahead of order processing and on confirmation.
• Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed promptly.
• In-Stock Items: If the items in your order are in stock, they will be dispatched as soon as possible from our warehouse.
• Tracking Information: After your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be emailed to you. You can track your order at www.dhl.com.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If any item(s) in your order are out of stock, we will reach out to you for advice on replacement products.
• Delay Notifications: You will be notified via email if there are any delays in shipment for any reason.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on various factors, including payment authorization, order processing, customs delays, and transit time with DHL. The estimated delivery time for in-stock items typically ranges from 15-25 working days.
• Customs Clearance: Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance duties must be fulfilled by the customer.
