REFUND POLICY
At Sidra Mumtaz, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service. While we hope you are completely satisfied with your order, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges under any conditions. If you discover any faults related to the quality of the product or workmanship, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Upon receiving your inquiry, our Quality Department will investigate the issue and respond promptly. Based on our assessment, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases in the case of a significant fault. Please keep in mind that we do not provide store credit for unstitched articles; however, an exchange may be offered if there is a major defect.
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. This refund policy details the terms and conditions for returning our ready-to-wear and customized apparel. With that it is also to add that majority of our items ranging above 15k of original price are made after receiving the orders so exchange, return and refund on that are not applicable until meet any of the customization terms for it.
Ready-to-Wear Apparel
• Eligibility for Return:
• Ready-to-wear apparel should be dispatched within 2 working days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage. All original tags must be attached.
• Alteration made on any RTW is not eligible for return/ exchange.
• How to Initiate a Return:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [0092-346-890-9000].
• Include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return along with the reason and we would guide you further on about it.
• Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a track able shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
• Refund Process:
• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Customized Apparel
• Eligibility for Return:
• Customized apparel is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part which is not able to be captured in quality inspection and we have no evidence of that it was not a problem from our end.
• Please double-check all order details, including size, color, and design, as these items are made specifically to your specifications.
• Defective or Incorrect Items:
• If you receive a customized item that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item at [email protected] , 0092-346-890-9000.
• We may request photos of the item to evaluate the issue and recommend a solution.
• Refund Process:
• Approved returns for defective or incorrectly made customized items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
General Terms
• Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, and items specifically marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
• Order Changes: Any changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, changes may not be accommodated due to production schedules.
• Alteration: We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit. (Excluding Unstitched Articles), for international clients alterations option is not valid, till they are in agreement of repaying delivery and other charges.
• Alteration: All orders made can be cancelled within 24 working hours. Order cancel after that only 50% of the advanced payment would be shared back.
