We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. This refund policy details the terms and conditions for returning our ready-to-wear and customized apparel. With that it is also to add that majority of our items ranging above 15k of original price are made after receiving the orders so exchange, return and refund on that are not applicable until meet any of the customization terms for it.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ready-to-wear apparel should be dispatched within\u00a02 working days\u00a0of the delivery date.
\u2022 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage. All original tags must be attached.
\u2022 Alteration made on any RTW is not eligible for return\/ exchange.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return along with the reason and we would guide you further on about it.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
\u2022 We recommend using a track able shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.<\/p>\n
\u2022 After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
\u2022 Refunds will be processed within\u00a07-10 business days\u00a0and will be credited back to your original payment method.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Customized apparel is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part which is not able to be captured in quality inspection and we have no evidence of that it was not a problem from our end.
\u2022 Please double-check all order details, including size, color, and design, as these items are made specifically to your specifications.<\/p>\n
\u2022 If you receive a customized item that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within\u00a02 days\u00a0of receiving the item at contact@sidramumtaz.com , 0092-346-890-9000.
\u2022 We may request photos of the item to evaluate the issue and recommend a solution.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Approved returns for defective or incorrectly made customized items will be processed within\u00a07-10 business days\u00a0of receiving the returned item.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Order Changes:\u00a0Any changes to an order must be made within\u00a024 hours\u00a0of placing the order. After this timeframe, changes may not be accommodated due to production schedules.
\u2022 Alteration: We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit. (Excluding Unstitched Articles), for international clients alterations option is not valid, till they are in agreement of repaying delivery and other charges.
\u2022 Alteration: All orders made can be cancelled within 24 working hours. Order cancel after that only 50% of the advanced payment would be shared back.
